Very kind staff, they allowed us to check in few hours before the check-in time, so we could rest after long bus trip. This is the attitude worth appreciating, cuz these days hotels rarely do that without asking for extra fee. Beside that the room had everything we needed, very nice bathtub with hot water and comfy bed. Location in the centre of Georgetown, walking distance to many turist spots. In my opinion the only thing they can improve is the cleanliness of some parts of the room. I recommend staying here.

The minimalist elevator concept, featuring positive words and a color palette that matched the overall design, was refreshing. The customer service was exceptional, and I’d like to give a special shout-out to the MC for being accommodating during my arrival. Highly recommend!

All attractions in Georgetown all within walking distance. Place has a lift too which is very helpful after travel and u dont need to carry your belongings up and down stairs. Definitely recommended.
